Database Registration
The Registrant is voluntarily registering into The Love Scout's database for the sole
purpose of potentially being matched with clients. Registration is free of charge, and
the Registrant's information will remain private and confidential unless otherwise
agreed. No individual or organization, other than matchmakers (and their clients)
working directly with The Love Scout will have access to the Registrant's personal
information, including photos, bios, or contact details.
Third-Party Matchmaking Companies
If another matchmaker expresses interest in the Registrant's profile, The Love Scout will
put the Registrant in direct contact with that matchmaker. Any further communication,
coordination, or meetings arranged by the matchmaker are outside the scope of The Love
Scout's involvement.
The Registrant acknowledges that The Love Scout is not responsible for any actions,
outcomes, or liabilities that may occur as a result of meeting a client from a
matchmaker outside of The Love Scout. This includes, but is not limited to, any
misrepresentation or incomplete information provided by the third-party matchmaker or
their client.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
The Love Scout stores and processes your personal information, including sensitive
personal information, to provide you with high-quality Services, communicate with you,
and for marketing and accounting purposes. We maintain strict security measures to
protect your private information.
No Verification of Information
The Love Scout does not verify, nor is it responsible for verifying, any personal,
professional, or background information of the Registrant or any individual introduced
by third-party matchmakers. This includes, but is not limited to, information regarding
background checks, personal history, or any claims made by individuals or matchmakers.
It is the sole responsibility of the Registrant to conduct their own due diligence
regarding any match or individual they meet through a matchmaker introduced by The Love
Scout.
Indemnification
The Registrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Love Scout, its employees,
officers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and
expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with any
meetings, interactions, or relationships formed as a result of introductions made.
No Warranties
The Love Scout makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided
by matchmakers or the compatibility, safety, or suitability of any match.
Public Use of Profile Information and Consent for
Sharing
By accepting this Agreement, the Registrant grants The Love Scout permission to share
select profile information (such as name, photo, bio, and professional summary) on
social media platforms, online groups, forums, and other public forums for promotional
or matchmaking purposes.
